Download the Full Client first. After extracting or installing it, run the launcher as administrator so it can check updates and patches.

Open the Events page from the Game menu. Important events and server announcements may also appear in the news ticker or forum.

Focus on leveling, farming, upgrading equipment, joining events, and following guides posted by staff or experienced players in the forum.

Use the Forum under Guilds & Battles to post recruitment details, requirements, and contact information for players who want to join.

Open a support ticket or post in the correct forum board. Include screenshots, character names, time of incident, and a clear description.

Include your account username, character name, issue type, screenshot if available, and the exact steps that caused the problem.

Choose the item package, select the payment method, upload your receipt, and wait for staff confirmation. Delivery is handled after payment verification.

Check your internet connection, firewall, antivirus, and server announcements. If the issue continues, download the latest launcher from the Download page.

Choose your VIP package, pay using one of the available methods, then submit the receipt from the VIP Seller page. Staff will review and activate it manually.
